桃園地區性侵害加害人接受社區處遇後之再犯風險評估與相關因子探討
The recidivismriskevaluation and associated factors for sexual offenders under community treatment in Taoyuan City

Sexual assaulters are considered to be necessarily assigned a physical and mental treatment, counseling and education. It is also regarded as profitable to implement them in a compulsory treatment under certain conditions. The decisionsfor ＂community treatment＂, ＂compulsory treatment＂ and/or＂ effective after treatment＂ shouldbe closely related to ＂accurate assessment＂. Through this study it was found that ＂the use of violence during the crime＂ displayed a greatest positive correlation effect on the stable dynamic risk score, which was followed by ＂no fixed leisure hobbies＂. Indicators such as ＂medium IQ＂ and ＂under 40＂ were negatively correlated with acute risk scores, while＂ still excitedabout deviant sex behavior＂ was most positively correlated with acute risk scores. Among the factors affecting the Static99 score, it was relatively relevant the＂record of sexual assault in childhood.＂ This indicator causedthe maximum score of the Static99 indicator to increase; and the Static99's ＂medium IQ＂ indicator score decrease.
