摘要


隨著產業要求精密度提升,些微的振動常會造成相當嚴重的影響,例如高鐵經過的振動、工廠機台的振動等。設備的振動等級日益嚴苛;基於此,設計結構的振動量測也更為重要,再於實際的情況測試之下,更易觀察出設計上的盲點。本研究中藉由接觸式加速規量測系統與之非接觸式微振動雷射量測系統所擷取的訊號利用頻譜分析量測得出其頻率響應,分析其自然頻率與動態頻率。

With the increase of demand of the requirement of high precision, the problem caused by the vibration, even if the vibration is tiny, is not acceptable in precision industries. Hence, in order to realize the blind spots on design, it is in great importance to have a reliable and effective method of micro-vibration measurement. In this study, the accelerometer measurement system and non-contacting optical laser measurement instruments are employed to obtain the frequency response of HDD. The natural and dynamic frequencies of the system are studied by spectrum analysis.
