結構聲音輻射預測之驗證與應用

Structural Sound Radiation Prediction and its Verification and Application

摘要


本文主要利用電腦輔助工程分析(Computer Aided Engineering, CAE)及實驗模態分析(Experimental Modal Analysis, EMA),除了針對一完成模型驗證之平板結構,同時也對高爾夫球頭進行擊球之聲音量測,並結合CAE 技術導入VL-ACOUSTICS 聲音預測分析軟體,運用結構音場分析模組,進而得到理論預測之結構聲音響應,最後以實驗量測所得之聲音響應進行比對,以驗證評估理論之聲音預測方法之可靠度。結果顯示理論預測之模態參數主導了結構之頻率響應函數(Frequency Response Function, FRF)也影響了聲音預測之準確性,而當有限元素模型愈等效於實際結構,模態組合預測之頻率響應函數愈趨於實際結構之響應情況,因此所預測之聲音頻譜愈有其可靠度。因此也驗證了聲學模擬軟體應用於聲音預測的音場分析能力之可靠度。

This work applies computer aided engineering (CAE) and experimental modal analysis (EMA) techniques to perform structural sound radiation prediction for the plate structure that is experimentally verified. The hitting sound simulation of a golf club is also shown. The sound field analysis software ‘VL-ACOUSTICS’ is adopted to theoretically predict the structural sound radiation spectrum. The experimentally measured sound spectrum of the mechanically excited structure is used to verify the correctness of predicted sound. Results show that the theoretically obtained modal parameters dominate the prediction accuracy of structural frequency response function and thus affect the correctness of structural sound radiation prediction. This work validates the sound field analysis software for the prediction of sound radiation of the plate as all as a golf club head and cam further applied to other structures.
