工具機切削動態行為之研究與模擬

The Study and Simulation for the Dynamic Behaviors of Cutting of Machine Tools

摘要


本文中使用RecurDyn動態系統分析軟體,模擬出工具機切削刀具於工件加工中,作用且回饋於車刀之反作用能量,所造成的切削振動。考慮已知切削參數、邊界設定及數值分析公式,建構出等效於真實加工情境之動態模型,並且模擬動態切削過程,求得每個軸向之動態位移響應…等物理量,來預知加工系統的特性,以增加加工精度,有助於切削參數設計之選擇。本研究之重點為假設車刀為剛體,數值分析模擬車削刀具之位移量。未來之研究將加入車刀模態分析,並以彈性體車刀來分析模擬切削過程與切削顫振之動態位移響應。

In this paper, the RecurDyn dynamic analysis software is used to simulate the cutting process, energy affect and feedback on the machine tools and perform the analysis of the cutting vibration. Considering cutting parameters, boundary conditions and theoretical formula are given, we can construct the equivalent cutting situation dynamic model and simulate the dynamic cutting process to obtain the dynamic responses of each axis etc. From the CAE model, it could predict system characteristics to increase precision and help select the desired cutting parameters. This study is focused and assumed on rigid turning tools and to obtain the dynamic responses of the numerical simulation. In the future investigations, the modal analysis and flexible body's turning tools will be considered to simulate and analyze the dynamic responses of the cutting process and the cutting chatters.
