虛擬工具機剛柔耦合結構之動態特性分析

The Dynamic Characteristic Analysis of Rigid-Flexible Coupling Structures of C-type Machine-tool

摘要


工具機又名工作母機,是工業生產必須的基礎設備。近幾年工具機講求輕量化,但是要在輕量化跟結構強度間取得平衡,所以現在工具機的分析設計也佔有很大的比例,因此本論文主要以C型工具機作為傳動機構的分析對象,對其C型工具機結構提出一套改善測試其動態剛性的方法與技術。本研究論文將討論C型工具機的撓性零件耦合加工時的傳動機構與承載主結構的撓性振動變形對估算振動力量的動態影響,此外使用了ANSYS與有限元素法,去設定硬軌機台的有限元素模型,模擬結構系統的理論解析把本體變為撓性體,討論其共振頻率、模態振型、阻尼等,並透過RecurDyn機構動態模擬分析軟體,使工具機能在仿真的情況下模擬結構移動時所產生慣性振動對床台的動態影響、接觸應力,並針對數值分析探討C型工具機的結構元件之間的接合方式對整機結構動態特性會有很大的影響,本文對於其動態結構與加工精度之影響,從事動態分析並且提出適當的改善措施。

Machine-tool is also known as manufacturing machine, it is a basic facilities for industrial production in these days.In recent years, emphasis on lightweight machine tools, but we need to strike a balance between lightweight and structural strength, recent machine tool in the analysis and design of a large proportion, therefore, this thesis use the C-type machine tools as the object of analysis of the transmission mechanism, a set of improve test dynamic rigidity of the method and technology for C-type machine tool structure.This paper will discuss the deformation of the flexible vibration of the flexible part of the C-type machine tools coupled processing transmission mechanism and the bearer of the main structure for estimating the dynamic effects of vibration force, in addition using ANSYS finite element method, to set a finite element model for hard track machine, the body becomes flexible body to use simulate the structural theory analysis, discuss its resonance frequencies, mode shapes and damping, and through RecurDyn analysis software, the tool can simulate the structure generated when the mobile inertial vibration for the dynamic effects of the bed, contact stress at the simulation case, the joint between the structural elements of the C-type machine tool numerical analysis methods for the dynamic characteristics of the whole structure have a great impact, in this paper, for dynamic structure and machining precision, doing the dynamic analysis and propose appropriate improvement measures.
