自行車機械式碟煞卡鉗模態分析與設計

Model Analysis and Design of Bicycle Mechanical Disc Brake Calipers

摘要


本文主要分析自行車碟煞卡鉗的相關分析,現今於市售的自行車碟煞卡鉗,煞車時蹄片大多為單邊浮動的作動方式,因此常造成碟煞盤的受力不均勻產生變形,而容易造成騎士在騎車過程的安全,因此我們設計出一組雙浮動的煞車裝置且能符合高機能和高強度的至動能力,確保能在急速煞車時能安全停止,本文利用有限元素軟體來分析撥板機構的等效應力、模態分析、變形量及安全係數,同時將碟煞卡鉗的設計藍圖製作成實體化並進行碟煞盤變形量的測試,這樣不僅同步對碟煞卡鉗產生摩擦,達到高制動力的效果,提高碟煞盤的使用壽命,同時提高自行車在市場的競爭力。

This paper analyzes the bicycle disc brake calipers. Commercially available bicycle disc brake calipers, brake shoe set tablets for moving way mostly for unilateral floating. It may caused by disc brake disc discontinuity deformation, and likely to cause danger in the cyclist process knight. So we designed a set of double floating brake device and can meet the high performance and the ability to move high strength to ensure the safety when it braked. We use inite element analysis software to analyze the dial trigger mechanism effective stress, deformation and safety factor, while the disc brake caliper blueprints made into materialized and make disc brake disc deformation tests. It's not only synchronizes friction disc brake calipers, to achieve high braking effect, but also improves the life of disc brake disc, while improving the competitiveness of the bicycle market.
