Modal Analysis and Verification - A Case Study of Machine of Precision PI Print

摘要


機械震動會影響機台的加工精度與使用壽命。近年來電腦科技的進步,有限元素分析法結合電腦運算使得複雜結構的動態分析變得更加容易,然而,分析結果是否可信,取決於有限元素模型是否正確且完整的架構。本文的目的是以精摩配向機為例,以模態量測技術驗證有限元素模型,進而求得準確之結構動態特性,並提供未來設計所需之參數空間。

The useful life and processing precision of machine tools strongly depend on the occurrence of mechanical vibration. Recently, due to the development of computer technology, the use of computer aided software, e.g., finite element analysis, to analyze the dynamic responses of multi-body structures is easier than before. However, the accuracy of numerical results is determined by the correctness of the structure of the finite element model. Therefore, the objective of this study is to employ a grinding machine as an example and use the techniques of modal measurement to verify the correctness of the finite element model, and thereafter accurate dynamic characteristics of structure can be obtained and are able to provide useful parameter space for future design.
