摘要


本論文主要以高效CNC型鋼製程帶鋸床作為傳動機構的分析對象,將討論高效CNC型鋼製程帶鋸床加工時的傳動機構與承載主結構的振動變形對估算各種力量的動態影響,使用ANSYS有限元素分析軟體去設定機台的有限元素模型,討論其共振頻率、模態振型等,使工具機能在仿真的情況下模擬機台運作時所產生慣性振動對機台的動態影響,本文將對於其動態結構與模態振型之影響,從事模擬分析並且比較實驗值與分析值的差異。

The main research objective of this paper is to find out an efficient CNC band sawing machine tools under free and forced Vibration. Using ANSYS finite element analysis software to set up the machine finite element model. By using the modal analysis software ME' scopeVES, we can obtain its resonant modal frequency, mode shapes. Therefore, the tool functions in the case of inertia simulation machine vibration generated during operation of the dynamic simulation and machine influence. This paper discusses the effects on the structure and dynamics of mode shapes which is engaged in simulation and analysis differences between the experimental data and the analysis data.
