摘要


本文提出撥彈式壓電獵能器,其設計包括壓電懸臂樑、按扣機構、復位彈簧等,透過按扣動作,可將此能量轉換為壓電懸臂樑之振動能量,該暫態振動可進一步透過壓電效應將部分動能轉換為電能。本文所提出之機構,不受環境低頻影響,將極低頻之按扣動作轉換為高頻之振動能量,以提高壓電轉換效率。本文完成獵能器相關動態分析以及原型製作,經量測結果顯示,單次按扣可獵取529μJ之能量。

In this paper, a piezoelectric energy harvester driven by plucking is proposed. The design includes a piezoelectric cantilever beam, a plucking mechanism and a spring. The plucking can be converted into vibration of the piezoelectric beam. The transient vibration can be further converted into electric energy based on piezoelectric effect. The prototype testing reveals that the energy harvester can harvest 529μJ by one pluck.
