Dynamic Analysis of a fluid flow heat exchanger system

具流體流動之熱交換系統動態特性分析

摘要


The tubes of a component cooling water heat exchanger are frequently affected by this shock wave in a exchanger system with a fluid flow. So, tubes are often found to be worn out. This fluid flow may alter the dynamic characteristics and introduce the instability in this heat exchanger system. This work examines dynamics characteristics in a component cooling water heat exchanger. Due to fluid coupling between tubes, consisting of periodic tubes is employed to simulate as a coupled periodic structure system. Through the fluid, water, each tube is coupled to the adjacent one, and the system is weakly coupled is found. By using the Galerkin method, the dynamic equations of motion of this system with reference to the fluid flow effect can be derived. Numerical results are observed that the fluid flow may affect significantly the dynamics of a component cooling heat exchanger.
