ESS(Environmental Stress Screen) been used in the military for more than 50 years to eliminate defects due to manufacturing variations in electronics devices by screening. It is still in used to screen the product for military. HALT(Highly Accelerated Life Test), HASS(Highly Accelerated Stress Screen) and HASA(Highly Accelerated Stress Audit) test been used for more than 40 years for product development and stress screen, and achieved many benefits in various industry, as in power supply, ICT(Information and Communication Technology), medical , etc., . Test Tailoring requirement in the MIL(Military) spec., but the final validation test usually use one-axis shaker for lab verification. In this paper, a new method is proposed to combine these three practice for fast development of robust product and screen out the weak system in the production line. Comparison of shaker, traditional HALT and ED-HALT is listed.
在軍事上使用應力篩選(ESS,Environmental Stress Screen)已經超過50年,通過應力篩選消除設備製造差異所造成的缺陷。仍然廣泛用於軍事產品的篩選。HALT,HASS和HASA測試已被用於產品開發和應力篩選四十多年,在電力,ICT,醫療等各個行業都取得了很多好處。裁試(Test Tailoring)已經列在各種軍規之中,但無一種經濟方法來驗證其多軸振動應力環境。在本文中,提出了一種新方法(ED-HALT),將這三種實務結合起來,不但能快速開發出強健的產品,也能在生產線上篩選出有潛在疪病的產品或系統,其應力為量身訂制,符合使用者環境,而不會有測試過度或測試不足的現象。本文亦比較振動機,傳統HALT及ED-HALT功能特性。
