摘要

隨著車輛設計與製造工藝的進步，消費者對行駛中車室環境的要求已經提高到同時滿足視覺、嗅覺、聽覺、觸覺及味覺等五感體驗的層次，並成為決定購車意願的關鍵因素。本文針對如何營造Luxgen車型更具特色的動力音質，進行三種與排氣系統有關的設計方案探討，包含消音器內部的共鳴腔設計、消音器管路以電子閥門控制及以ASD主動聲音設計模組產生模擬聲音的等方式來調校汽車音質，期能掌握各種設計方案的技術重點與應用效益，以靈活運用於各種定位的車型開發需求，進一步打造具有品牌特色的音質DNA形象。

With the advancement of the design and manufacturing process of the automotive, the consumer's requirements for the interior environment of the vehicle have been raised to satisfy the five senses experience of sight, smell, hearing, touch and taste, and become the key factor of consumers' willingness to buy a car. This paper discusses how to create distinctive powertrain sound quality in the Luxgen vehicles, including the evaluation and demonstration of three difference design schemes related to the exhaust systems: the resonance chamber design of the exhaust silencer, the electronic valve control of the exhaust pipeline, and the simulation sound generated by the ASD active sound design module. Expect to grasp the technical focus and effectiveness of various design solutions to flexibly apply to the development of various positioning models, and further to create a brand image of sound quality DNA.
