Marjolin's Ulcer of Suprapubic Cystostomy
恥骨上方膀胱造口處Marjolin's潰瘍
摘要
一尿道完全阻塞病例，於恥骨上膀胱造口處，於三十八年後對於未癒合之潰瘍經切片證實為複層上皮細胞癌，病人接受了廣泛性的切除及術後放射性治療，術後兩個月對於局部轉移傷口接受了進一步切除，對於恥骨上方膀胱造口附近造成複層上皮細胞癌的病例，未曾報告過，本文乃針對此一病例提出討論。

Thirty-eight years after suprapubic cystostomy in male patient of a complete urethral stricture, a squamous cell carcinoma was found over an unhealed ulcer at cystostomy site. The patient had received wide excision and postoperative radiotherapy, while local recurrence was noted two months later, further excision was performed. No squamous cell carcinoma developing within the boundaries of a suprapubic cystostomy have been reported.
