摘要
腮腺的基底細胞腺瘤是一種比較罕見的良性腫瘤，其好發的年齡在六十至七十歲之間。手術前的檢查，尤其是細針抽取細胞學檢驗法，可以提供相當有幫助的資料。臨床醫師在處理腮腺瘤的時候，絕對不應該忽略它們的重要性。雖然到目前為止，並沒有基底細胞腺瘤經過簡單切除後再復發的病例報告，但是腮腺切除及面神經剝離仍然是標準的手術治療方式。在1991到1993三年之間，本院蒐集了七例腮線的基底細胞腺瘤。本篇論文即就這七例作一簡單的分析，並就已往相關論文作一整理報告。

Basal cell adenoma (BCA) of parotid gland is a rare tumor and was first separated from pleomorphic adenoma by Kleinsasser and Klein in 1967. The incidence reported in most literatures was about 1-3%. From Mar., 1991 to Aug., 1993 in Veterans General Hospital-Kaohsiung, we collected 7 basal cell adenomas from 91 parotid gland tumors. The incidence was higher (7.7%) than those reported in the past the average age of the patients with BCA was older than that of all patients with parotid gland tumors (68.4- vs. 58.1-year-old); and the average greatest dimension of BCA was smaller than that of all parotid gland tumors (2.08 vs. 3.09 cm). No BCA invasion to the facial nerve was observed. All BCA patients received complete resection of the tumor either by parotidetomy or simple enucleation and no recurrence was noted.
