In our hospital, the temporalis muscle flap has been used to reconstruct the defectual orbit, maxilla and oral cavity because of is advantages such as rich vascularization, easy closure of the defect area, minimal function loss and less aesthetic sequela after the operation. In this article, we present four patients on whom, these flaps, were applied due to defects resulting from oncologie surgeries or electric burn injury on the face. After these reconstructions, one patient had paralysis of the frontal branch of facial nerve, and all of them had a mild depression over the temporal fossa area. Besides the above mentioned sequela, there were no peri-operative complication; and all flaps which were applied to the recipient sites, showed good results. All patients satisfied with the results.
