Q-Switched Ruby Laser Treatment for Benign Pigmented Skin Lesions and Tattoos: A Retrospective Study

Q-開關紅寶石雷射對良性色素斑及刺青的治療回顧性之分析

摘要


紅黑被會射光是一種靠近紅外線,波長694nm的可見光。它會被黑色素及則石關紅寶雷射機則解及清除這些色素顆粒的作用。Q-開關紅寶石雷射機則能幅減低組短的織間(28nsec)內釋出高能量的雷射光,如此可大幅減低組織的自1991到1995年間接疤痕。本院以回顧性的方式分析自82年11月到84年9月間接受Q-開關紅寶石雷射治療的510位患者,其中女性408位(80%),男性102倍(20%),平均年齡29.7歲。 受次,分治療素班及刺青兩大類。百分之六十二的患者接受一次的治療,可達到七分之五十所受兩次以上的治療。淡化效果達到百分之七十五以上的所謂最佳效果的病症有:皮脂漏性角化病(seborrheic keratosis)、太田母斑(nevus of ota)、顴骨斑(nevus zygomaticus)、斑痣(nevus spilus)、刺青(decorative tattoo)及外傷性刺青(traumatic tattoo)等。 長期性素過少症包括6位患者造成長期性色素過少症(hypopigmentation) (1.2%)等,11倍患者造成長期性色素沈著症(hyperpigmentation) (4.3%)等。選用結果顯示,長期性hypopigmentation或hyperpigmentation與其所選用種療能量經驗,並種素適當的治療。療能量經驗各種色素斑的適當治療能量經驗參與療次數作的患者果之參酌,療次數作為使用者的參考之用。

Ruby laser is a visible, near infrared light. It's 694nm wave length is selectively absorbed by melanin and carbon. In clinical use Q-duration (28 nanoseconds), resulting in minimal tissue thermal damage and no scar formation. In this study, we retrospectively reviewed our 510 patients who had received ruby laser treatment for benign pigmented lesions and tattoos, from November 1993 to September 1995. Prolonged hypopigmentation developed in 6 patients (1.2%) and hyperpigmentation in 11 patients (4.3%) after treatment. We didn't find definite correlation between fluence level and hypopigmentation or hyperpigmentation. Excellent results (lightening>75%) were seen in nevus of Ota, freckle, nevus zygomaticus, nevus spilus, traumatic and decorative (amateur) tattoos. The suggested therapeutic fluence level and number of treatment for excellent result will be discussed in the text.
