摘要
1988年2月到1996年3月，本院經歷有49例球狀瘤的病例，而且經病理組織切片證實，其中31例球狀瘤發生在手部，另外18例則位於身體的其他部位。 31例手部球狀瘤中的23例為整形外科醫師所治療，此23病例的臨床症狀，診斷及治療，經分析探討，手部球狀瘤基本的診斷還是來自手部檢查；而術前手部超音波的檢查可確定球狀瘤的大小與位置，手術中顯微鏡的應用更可避免手部球狀瘤不完全切除的後遺症。

From February 1988 to March 1996, forty-nine glomus tumors were diagnosed and treated by the pathologic confirmation. Thirty-one glomus tumors were located over the hand and the other eighteen were located over the other parts of the body. Twenty-three glomus tumors over the thumb and digits of the hand treated by the plastic surgeon were analysed. The diagnosis of the glomus tumors of the hand are based on clinical findings, and the sonography is also helpful to detect the location of the glomus tumors preoperatively. The surgery performed under the microscopic magnification not only get better dissection but also may prevent the incomplete excision of the glomus tumors.
