鐵杉靈芝不同形態子實體之生產方法

Methods for Inducing Various Morphological Fruiting Body of Ganoderma tsugae Murr.

摘要


以木屑混合培養基培養鐵杉靈芝(Ganoderma tsugae Murr.)太空包,於1982年1月30日接種,培養於20-30℃,70%濕度下,經過45天後,選出未經雜菌污染且菌絲已長滿之太空包600包,分四組方法進行培養,於1992年5月26日採收完畢,共生長118天,結果顯示:(A)在室外天然日照下生長者,為如意型靈芝,且子實體和孢子量皆屬最高。(B)在室內暗中培養25天後,移到日照下培養者,成半如意型靈芝,產量居次。(C)一直在暗中生長者,成倭型鹿角靈芝,且子實體產量及孢子產量皆屬最低。(D)在日照下培養,但在靈芝長到l.5公分長時,用長型透明塑膠袋(長40公分、寬13公分、厚0.6公分)套袋者成徒長型鹿角靈芝,子實體和孢子產量皆屬第三位。因此証實鐵杉靈芝子實體形態及孢子產量深受栽培方法之影響。

Ganoderma tsugae Murr. were inoculated on January 30, 1992 and cultivated in saw-dust mixed medium for 45 days at temperature 20-30℃ and humidity around 70%. Six hundred bags of PP bags in which Ganoderma mycelia were in full growth and without mold contamination were selected for following four treatments. The experiments were ended in May, 26th, 1992, with a total of 118 days experimental period. The results showed that (A) Grown outdoor. under 40-60% sun light condition: normal pileus (Ru-Yih shape) of Ganoderma fruiting bodies were produced. The weights for both fruiting bodies and spores collected were the highest among 4 treatments. (B) Grown indoor under darkness for 25 days then transferred to (A) condition: flabelly form Pileus (half Ru-Yih shape) of Ganoderma fruiting bodies were resulted. The weights for both fruiting bodies and spores were rated as number 2. (C) Grown indoor under darkness: sterile short stiped (Flat deer-horn shape) fruiting bodies were produced. The weights for both fruiting bodies and spores were the lowest. (D) Grown outdoor under 40-60% sun light condition after the fruiting bodies were 1.5cm in length, the top of PP bags were covered with a transparent long plastic bag (length: 40cm, width 13cm, thickness: 0.6cm) sterile, long-stiped (long deer- horn shape) fruiting bodies were produced. Weights of fruiting bodies and spores were rated as number 3. It is evident that shape and spore yield of basidionia of G. tsugae are greatly affected by different methods of cultivation.
