氣功功法—“調身”之探討

A Study of the Regulative Body in Qi Gong

摘要


本文以氣功三要素「身、心、息」中的「調身」為探討分析的主體,探究調身的意義、原理、重要性、作用,以及動功和靜功調身的種類、要領和方法,以釐清龐雜的氣功練習方法,並幫助氣功修學者選擇適當的姿勢來作為學習和鍛鍊的依據。 研究結果顯示:氣功的姿勢練習分成動功和靜功。動功的型態可分成:自發動功型、拍打按摩型、伸展拉筋型、導引型、走式、內動型。靜功的姿勢有:站姿、坐姿、臥姿三種基本型態。動功和靜功的各種姿勢有不同的效用,每種方法又有不同的治病功能。因此氣功學習者可以根據其不同的效用和需求,選擇不同的練習方法。而文末指出靜功是動功的深層鍛鍊方式,但是靜功練習卻不可缺少動功的輔助。

The study explores ”body regulating” concept in three important elements of Qigong (the skill of attracting vital energy), which are ”Body, Mind, and Breath.” It discusses the meaning, principles, importance, and functions as well as the types, essentials, and methods of dynamic Qigong and static Qigong to sort out the complex practices of Qigong. In addition, the study helps Qigong practitioners choose appropriate postures for their training. As the study results indicate, Qigong exercises are divided into dynamic Qigong and Static Qigong. Dynamic Qigong consists of spontaneous Gong, tapping and massaging, stretching, guiding and stretching, walking, and internal moving postures. Static Qigong includes standing, sitting, and lying postures. Different dynamic and static Qigong postures produce different effects. Each method has different healing effects. Therefore, Qigong practitioners choose different practice methods according to their own needs. At the end of the study, it points out that static Qigong is based on dynamic Qigong, so dynamic Qigong is indispensable to static Qi gong.
