Biliary Cystadenoma with Mesenchymal Stroma-One Case Report

摘要

一位34歲的臺灣婦女，因右上腹痛及輕微黃疸來本院就診，而被發現在肝左葉有一巨大、罕見的膽道囊腺瘤。組織學上，此囊腺瘤的基質爲一原始間質組織，與卵巢基質相似。在超音波及電腦斷層掃瞄術下，此囊腺瘤呈一奇特的『偏心型』多房構造，以及『囊腫包囊腫』的形態。此種形態爲文獻報告中所未見，因此將此病例之臨床表現，影像檢查結果及病理特徵提出來報告，並同顧文獻，一併討論之。此病例之囊腺瘤輕左肝葉切除術切除後，病人恢復情況良好。

A 33 years old female Taiwanese, who suffered from right upper abdominal pain and mild jaundice for 3-4 days, was found to have a biliary cystadenoma with mesenchymal stroma in the liver. This cystadenoma presented a peculiar 'eccentric” multiloculation and ”cyst in cyst” appearance in ultrasonography and computed tomography. The tumor was resected through left lobectomy; the post-operative course was smooth. The clinical manifestations and pathological pictures of this rare biliary cystadenoma will be presented.
