摘要

膽道乳頭狀瘤病為一罕見疾病。臨床上以阻塞性黃膽及復發性膽管炎為主。本報告三位患者因阻塞性黃膽及膽管炎入院，術前診斷為總膽管結石或肝內結石，而於術中或術後以膽道鏡確定診斷。三例術後以T型管引流，一例幷行腫瘤刮除術，然有兩例仍死於復發性膽管炎，另一例側在觀察中。膽道頭狀瘤病常常復發且預後不佳，在總膽管結石及肝內結石盛行的地區，我們應小心注意此種以復發性膽管炎表現的疾病。

Three patients with papillomatosis of the bile ducts presenting with obstructive jaundice and symptoms of cholangitis were described. The preoperative diagnosis was choledocholithiasis and/or hepatolithiasis, and the definite diagnosis was only made intra- or postoperatively. Recurrence of cholangitis was noted in two patients whose prognosis was poor and died after repeat curettage and palliative biliary drainage. In endemic areas of choledocholithiasis and hepatolithiasis, clinicians must be alert to this rare entity in patients with recurrent cholangitis.
