原住民國民教育之現況與展望

摘要

我國憲法規定，國家應注重各地區教育之均衡發展，補助邊遠及貧瘠地區之教育文化經費，對邊疆地區各民族之教育、文化事業應積極舉辦。基此，本文首先說明臺灣地區原住民國民教育之現況；其次，政府對自由地區原住民國民教育，雖特別予以扶助，但仍面臨許多困境，如師資課程等問題，故接著探討其改進之途徑；並進而根據原住民教育法草案內涵及EPA等措施，探討未來原住民教育之發展；最後提出結論建議作為改進原住民國民教育之參考。為配合國家整體發展，因應原住民之需求，並順應多元文化教育的趨勢，筆者認為全面加強原住民國民教育，以達成教育均等的理想，是當前國家教育建設的重要工作。

According to the Constitution of the Republic of China, the government should pay much attention to the education development of each areas, to subsidize the education and culture outlay for meager areas, and hold educational enterprises of ethnic minority positively. This study, first, describes the situation nowadays in Taiwan aboriginal compulsory education. Second, it explains its problems and investigates some ways to solve the problems. Then, it explores its future development. Finally, the conclusion may be useful references for aboriginal compulsory education.
