學校組織知識管理與學校效能

A Study of the School Knowledge Management and Effectiveness in School

摘要


全球化的知識經濟時代,學校組織知識管理將是未來學校經營和發展的重要課題,為使學校知識能夠進行有效的取得、儲存、移轉、分享與創新管理,奠基學校的無形資產,進而促使學校效能的提升,本研究首先探討知識管理的發展歷史與目的;其次,説明知識管理與學校知識管理的意涵;復次,探討學校知識管理的建構;最後,説明目前國內學校知識管理的相關研究,及針對學校知識管理的可行途徑和策略提出具體建議:一、設計配合知識管理的學校組織制度與行政流程。二、應用資訊科技充實學校人員知識管理的能力。三、形塑知識導向的學習型組織建立知識分享的學校文化。四、善用知識管理評核回饋作為改進學校知識管理指南。五、推行有效的知識管理策略和領導提升學校效能。

Global knowledge-based economy, school knowledge management are the important issues in future school management and growth, for the school knowledge can be effectively processing, obtaining, saving, transferring, sharing, and innovating school management, to form a invisible asset for the school, lead to promote school effectiveness. This study was to investigate knowledge management's develop history and purpose; to explain the content on knowledge management and school knowledge management and to exam the structure of school knowledge management; Lastly, explained recent related studies on domestic school knowledge management based on possible ways and strategies, suggestions were proposed: (1)Designing cooperative knowledge management with school organization structures and administrative schedule; (2)Appling information technology to improve school colleagues' abilities in knowledge management; (3)Shaping knowledge-orientation learning organization to build a knowledge sharing school culture; (4)Using knowledge management assessment feedback as a school knowledge management improvement guide; (5)Expending effective knowledge management strategy and leading to upgrade school effectiveness.
