本研究目的在探討台灣地區公立高中舞蹈教師工作壓力與職業倦怠之現況及相關性。研究方法以「高中舞蹈班教師工作壓力與職業倦怠問卷」為研究工具進行問卷調查,研究對象為91學年度任教於台灣地區九所公立高中舞蹈班之教師,經全額施測,實得62份之有效樣本。所得之結果歸納如下:一、舞蹈教師之工作壓力與職業倦怠程度傾向於中低程度之狀況。二、舞蹈教師之職業倦怠,在無人性化層面裏因性別的不同而有顯著差異存在。其中,女性舞蹈教師之職業倦怠感顯著高於男性教師。三、舞蹈教師之職業倦怠,在低個人成就感層面因教育程度的不同而有顯著差異存在。其中,大學程度之舞蹈教師,其低個人成就感顯著高於研究所以上程度之舞蹈教師。四、舞蹈教師之工作壓力與職業倦怠呈現顯著中程度之正相關。根據上述研究結果,結論建議舞蹈教師應注重自我專業知能的提升、平衡教學工作量,與養成自我身心檢視的習慣。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the situation and relationship between job stress and work burnout for public senior high school dance class teachers. The factors considered included personal characteristics, job stress and work burnout for dance class teachers. A questionnaire of teachers' job stress and work burnout was used for collecting data. A total of 62 dancing teachers from 9 public high schools in Taiwan participated in this study. The results of this study were: (1) The job stress and work burnout for dancing teachers were both below average. (2) There was a significant difference (p<.05) between work burnout-dimension of ”more than human” and ”sex gender”. Female dancing teachers were more caring than male dancing teachers. (3) There was a significant difference (p<.05) between work burnout-dimension of ”low self achievements” and ”educational backgrounds”. (4) A significant relationship between ”job stress” and ”work burnout” for dancing teachers. According to the results above, dancing teachers should emphasize the promotion of self professional competency; balance teaching loading, examine the self physical and mental health, and have a good communication with school.
