個人設計思考力與團隊創造力之關係以綠色產學活動為例

摘要

近年來受到全球環境議題的影響，產學合作不失為一個具有經濟性且能提升效益的解決方案，亦是迅速發揮有限資源以維續企業長期優勢的有效選項。設計思考在商務應用的領域，包含培養主動對應的能力、培養創造需求的能力與培養掌握趨勢的能力，然而，個人設計態度的思考與實踐，則需要仰賴團隊設計的激勵加以延伸或擴張。研究方法以問卷調查與準實驗設計法為主，活用企業的生產廢料進行再設計的思考與活動以凝聚環保共識，並分析企業的設計思考力特質與團隊創造力的構成因素，以及設計思考力與團隊創造力之間的相互關係，在特質呈現方面，本研究歸納構成設計思考力的特質包含六項因素：完整、創新、態度等，以完整面向的特質最具影響力；構成團隊創造力的特質包含四項因素：目標導向、溝通關係、融合關係、資源共享與創新資源。本研究發現設計思考力與團隊創造力有高度相關，驗證了設計思考力的特質因素，可對團隊創造力的表現發揮正面的影響，其研究成果希冀能夠作為今後設計教育與產業發展的重要指標或依據，並有助於建構產學得以共存與共榮的知識平台。

In recent years, being influenced by global environmental concerns, industrial and academic cooperation could be an economical resolution to increase benefits. It is also an effective option to quickly utilize limited resources to maintain enterprises' long-term advantages. In the field of commercial application, design thinking includes nurturing three capabilities - the capability of proactive respond, the capability of creating demands and the capability of embracing trend. However, the thinking and exercise of personal design attitude require the stimulation of team design. The research methodology is questionnaire survey and quasi-experiment design. The features of design thinking and the composition factors of team creativity have been analyzed. We also discussed the co-relation between design thinking and team creativity. Hopefully this study result could be a significant indicator or reference for the education or industrial development of design. To some degree, we believe it will be beneficial in building up a platform that may share knowledge of industry and academy at the same time.
