論生命政治與戰爭的關連

The Relationship between Bio-politics and War

摘要

傅柯（Michel Foucault）生命政治（bio-politics）中對於主權（sovereignty）與權力（power）兩者間的干預與調節，可以說是一種生命的政治技術學（political technology）。911事件後，國際間對於戰爭的觀點出現不同的見解，因此本文嘗試從生命政治出發作一檢視。面對戰爭，在生命政治中如何進行干預與調節，本文擬以「正義之戰」作為論述，以此延伸討論戰爭與國民的關係，以及如何取得戰爭正當性的政治性技術問題。

The intervention and regulation between sovereignty and power of Michael Foucault's bio-politics is a kind of political technology. After the 911 incident, there was a variety of perspectives concerned about war in the world. Thus, this article attempts to examine these perspectives from the concept of bio-politics. How to intervene and regulate when facing war in the perspective of bio-politics? This article intends to demonstrate the concept of ”the war of justice”, and then discusses the relationship between war and people, in order to figure out how to achieve the legitimacy of war.
