瑜珈運動對身、心靈及體態的影響

摘要


瑜珈運動起於古老印度。印度哲人視瑜珈為崇高的休養儀式,堅信藉由瑜珈可以達到完整的身心健康。而今經由許多歷史沿革佐證,及文獻探討研究考證下顯示瑜珈運動藉由身體活動、進而鍛鍊心智與靈性提升,來認識自己,並能協助個人的身、心、靈整合,達到最佳合諧狀態,對體態修飾更是一種自然健康的方式,是符合現代人需求。因此,本文將分別闡述瑜珈運動對身體健康、心靈改變及體態修飾之影響,最後並對安全做瑜珈稍作說明,期許本文能成為未來相關研究之參考。

Yoga movement begins in ancient India. India recuperation of the philosopher sees yoga as a high ceremony, convinced that through yoga can reach full physical and mental health. Now through many historical corroboration, and literature under study to research showing Yoga exercises through mental and spiritual promotion of physical activity, and hence training, to know themselves, and can assist personal integration of body, mind and spirit, best harmonic status, on the health of body modification is a natural way, is to meet the needs of modern people. Therefore, this article will explain the Yoga exercises on physical health, respectively, the impact of changes of mind and body modification, last and security Yoga description slightly, hope this article can become a reference of related research in the future.
