大專優秀女子舉重選手抓舉動作技術之研究

The Study of Snatch Movement Technology on Collegiate Elite Female Lifter

摘要


本研究之目的是要探討大專優秀女子舉重選手抓舉試舉不同重量之動作過程中,在提鈴期至發力期槓鈴中心之矢狀面位移、槓鈴與身體重心之水平距離、垂直地面反作用力之差異。五名大專優秀女子舉重選手為受試者,進行試舉最佳成績重量80%、85%、90%之負荷。本研究係以三部SONY數位攝影機(60Hz)和Kistler Quattro Jump測力板(500Hz)同步測量,進行抓舉動作之影像擷取與地面反作用力資料之收集,再以APAS動作分析軟體與Quattro Jump分析軟體處理所得資料。得到結果發現:槓鈴中心矢狀面位移上,以試舉重量85%最高、其次是90%、最小是80%。槓鈴與身體重心之水平距離平均值上,以試舉重量85%最高、其次是90%、最小是80%。提鈴期至發力期最大地面垂直反作用力平均值上,以試舉重量90%的重量為最大,其次是85%,最小是80%。本研究結論發現:三種試舉重量於矢狀面位移、槓鈴與身體重心之水平距離、垂直地面反作用力均無顯著差異。當試舉重量越重其最大地面垂直反作用力也越大,且抓舉表現會受到動作技術與肌肉素質優劣的影響。

The purpose of this study was to understand the barbell displacement in sagittal plane, horizontal distance between barbell and center of mass(COM), and vertical ground reaction force(GRF) when snatch different weight. Subjects included 5 collegiate elite female lifters. Three digital cameras (60 Hz) and Kistler Quattro Jump force plate (500Hz) were synchronizing to capture the motion, vertical GRF of snatch lifts in 80%, 85% and 90% of personal optimum results. The displacement and distance data was analyse with Aril Perfprmance Analisys System(APAS), and vertical GRF data was analysis by Quattro Jump software. The result of sagittal displacement of barbell or distance of barbell-COM between lifting this three weight were 85% > 90% > 80%. The vertical GRF during first pull phase to second pull phase were 90% > 85% > 80%. There were not significant in sagittal displacement of barbell, distance of barbell-COM and vertical GRF between lifting different weights. The vertical GRF would perform larger value when lifting heavier weight, and snatch technique or muscle condition would influence the performance of snatch.
