評鑑目的在於精進教學,使學生能夠更有效學習,減少教師教學盲點,讓傳統封閉式的教學過程開放,分享教學創新。國內教師專業發展評鑑雖然立意良善,但自試行推動以來,不斷遭受外界批評,指標雖歷經多次更替與調整,但依舊受到不少抗爭聲浪,特別是對於指標的選擇、適用範圍與對象、公正性、評鑑過程、評鑑結果的運用、方式等面向,接受到多方質疑。因此,探討現行教師專業發展評鑑對體育教學課程之適用性有其必要性。本研究整理相關文獻說明體育教學與其他學科之差異,接著探討評鑑指標在體育教學之應用困境,並根據相關文獻,提出以下有效推動策略:一、依據不同學習領域,提供多元評鑑指標。二、納入外部專業評鑑人員,增加體育教學評鑑有效性。三、觀課次數與期程彈性運用,以減少橫斷性主觀偏誤。四、研擬體育教學評鑑指標,注重學科差異性。本文結果可供相關學校單位推動教師專業評鑑之參考。
The purpose of evaluation is to promoting teaching so that students can learn more effectively and reduce blind spots in teaching. Evaluation can open the teaching fields and enhance teaching innovation. Therefore, this article explores the applicability of current domestic teachers professional development to the fields of health and physical education. In the beginning, we organize the relevant literature to explain the difference between health and physical education and other fields, than, we explore the application of appraisal indicators in health and sports fields. According to the relevant literature, this article concludes the following conclusions: First, providing multiple assessment indicators based on different learning fields. Second, to include external professional staff can increase the effectiveness of assessment. Third, the times of observation and procedure need more flexible to reduce the biases. Fourth, schools can develop assessment indicators, and pay attention to differences of different fields. The results of this paper can be used as a reference for the relevant school to promote teachers' professional evaluation.
