可攜式腳底壓力量測系統之研發

The Development of a Plantar Pressure Acquisition System

摘要


以可程式系統晶片(PSoC)為嵌入式架構核心,將PSoC系統週邊電路以晶片內部可動態規劃的混合訊號陣列模組,利用腳底壓力墊為感測器(F-SCAN)所結合而成,實現一套可攜式腳底壓力量測系統,使系統具備高解析度、體積小重量輕、可即時檢測並儲存資料等優點。以12號鞋為例,系統之空間解析度為960點,系統之時間解析度為每秒6張數位圖像(兩腳)。透過軟體與硬體的整合,在一個步態周期下,本系統可分析腳底壓力參數如壓力的峰值、區域平均壓力變化、壓力-時間積分參數、左右腳壓力數值比重、壓力重心位置、單腳與雙腳壓力重心偏移軌跡以及腳底受力面積等參數。可提供醫師、復健師做為評估腳底壓力的依據。

The paper reported a development of plantar pressure acquisition and analysis system using embedded Programmable System on Chip (PSoC). The objective of this development is to develop a real-time and on-line acquisition device for gait research. Using plantar pressure evaluation system, clinicians are able to monitor the dynamics of motion and biomechanics. The device is having a specification of high spatial resolution of planar pressure and high temporal resolution. The acquired plantar pressure in full size of shoes is up to 6 frames per second with the spatial resolution of 960 points per foot. It is well enough to record a regular walking pattern. With this specification, the PSoC planar pressure acquisition system and the developed data analysis program is able to extract many parameters and to display the analysis result on-line and real-time. The extracted parameters are including the center of pressure point, peak pressure, average pressure of local area and many others parameters.
