灰關聯田口法運用於階梯鑽鑽削碳纖維複合材料之最佳化研究

Grey-Taguchi Method to Optimize in Drilling Carbon Fiber Reinforced Composite Materials with Step Drills

摘要


本研究針對階梯鑽鑽削複合材料所產生的鑽削推力與脫層進行最佳化鑽削參數穩健設計。而所選擇的鑽削參數有階梯角、步階比、進給速率與主軸轉速。灰關聯田口法係結合灰關聯分析與實驗設計直交表,可決定階梯鑽於鑽削複合材料所產生之多重品質特性的最佳組合。一般灰關聯分析的基本目的是得到灰關聯度。利用灰關聯度可將多重品質目標最佳化的問題轉變成單一品質目標最佳化的問題。此外,灰關聯度亦可用來估算多重品質特性的參數效應。

The robust design of drilling parameters for step drill is dealing with the optimization of thrust force and delamination in drilling carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) laminate. The selected drilling parameters include the step angle, stage ratio, feed rate and spindle speed. Grey-Taguchi method is combining orthogonal array design of experiments with grey relational analysis, which enables the determination of the optimal combination of drilling parameters for step drill in drilling CFRP laminate with the multiple performance characteristics. The basic aim of grey relational analysis is to find the grey relational grade, which can be used for the optimization conversion from a multi-objective problem to a single-objective problem. Besides, grey relational grade is also used to estimate the parameter effects on the multiple performance characteristics.
