摘要


逆向建構流程中經常需要透過點資料來產生曲線,並希望其外形與原始點資料之間維持一定程度的相似性。為了達到上述的目的,在產生曲線時往往會根據其誤差限制情況來評估生成曲線的適用性。為了進一步提升逆向建構曲線的便利性,本研究提出一個完整的曲線建構流程,其透過適當的初始曲線預估與有效的節點安插/移除方法,並配合誤差收斂性較佳的SDM(Square Distance Minimization)貼覆方法,建構出滿足特定誤差限制的曲線。本文將描述各項程序之方法,並以範例結果說明其實際應用的情形。

In reverse engineering, curves are always created by cloud points, with the purpose of keeping the appearance similarities between both of them. The errors between the points and curves are usually used to evaluate the quality of the curves generated. To enhance the capability of curve construction method in reverse engineering, an integrated curves construction procedure is proposed, which includes the evaluation of an initial curve, suitable knots insertion and removal, and the implementation of the SDM method with faster error convergence. The proposed method is appropriate for error-bounded and/or automated curve construction. Each algorithm in the procedure is described, and examples are presented to explain the feasibility of the proposed algorithms.
