摘要

本研究以印刷電路板(Print Circuit Board)產業為例，以回收與資源再利用方式降低對環境的衝擊與節省生產成本，進而提升企業競爭力。透過協商、合約的方式，發展出一套最佳化的存貨模式，尋求最低成本的目的。本研究結論不僅可減少對環境的衝擊與危害，更可降低成本，提升產品競爭力、及增加企業形象。除對環境保護具有正面效益外；且其收益對整體產業經濟及社會而言，具有極大意義。

The purpose of this study is to investigate product recovery and reuse in order to reduce environmental impact and reduce the cost of production. A case study of the printed circuit board industry (Print Circuit Board) is used as an example. Competitiveness of enterprise is done through product recovery, reuse, negotiation, contracts and developing an optimal inventory strategy to lower cost. The study shows that environmental concern not only enhance product competitiveness, but also increase its corporate image.
