物流中心之揀貨環境決策最佳化之探討

The Optimum Decision-Making of Picking Conditions at Distribution Center

摘要


在多變、多元的消費市場,如何運用有限資源來滿足顧客需求,已成為企業永續經營的關鍵因素。面對此背景,管理者的決策也隨環境變化必須快速適應與替換。本研究改良Petersen倉儲環境,發現當有交叉走道設立,且在小訂單型態時,訂單批量策略其所改善之績效與儲位指派相差不遠,其結果與Petersen有所差異。且在大型訂單下,儲位指派政策顯得更加重要。而本研究亦驗證當訂單大小不同時,其儲位指派、訂單批量、路徑規劃三大策略影響揀貨距離之規模也跟著不同,如此決策時便可從關鍵性之政策進行改善,期望本研究結果能提供物流業者在決策時之參考。

At the diverse market, how to use limited resources to satisfy consumer's needs, has became the key factor for enterprises to operate permanently. To encounter the various conditions, manager's decisions would rapidly acclimatize and alter with the situations. Through the study, we confirm that, when the order size of distribution center is different, the storage policy, order batching policy and routing policy-the three main strategies-would affect the range of picking distance. Therefore, we could modify from the strategies of the key factor when we are making decisions. It is expected that the result of this study could provide useful ideas for decision-makers of distribution center.
