以RecurDyn/Simulink建模與模擬含磁流變減震器之半車懸吊系統

摘要


本文使用多體動態模擬系統RecurDyn及模塊導向Simulink共同模擬一含有磁流變流體阻尼器及控制器之閉迴路半車懸吊系統。以開發控制系統觀點而言,藉由RecurDyn能輕易完成整體系統架構,無須推導半車懸吊系統的動態方程式,並且可將磁流變流阻尼器建構成一個具有可攜性的次系統。透過數值範例驗證了結合RecurDyn和Matlab/Simulink共同模擬能有效率地縮短開發符合懸吊系統要求的控制器所需時間。

This work implements the co-simulation of ”RecurDyn” and ”Simulink” to study a closed-loop system of half-car suspension with magnetorheological (MR) damper. From the perspective of developing a control system, it is easy to construct the whole system via RecurDyn without deriving equations of motion for the half-car suspension system. In addition the MR damper is built as a subsystem thereby posses portability. Through a numerical example, the effectiveness of co-simulation of RecurDyn and Simulink in reducing the period of time of developing a satisfactory controller for the suspension system is demonstrated.
