不同鈦基被膜處理絲攻對超音波輔助振動攻牙之研究

Study on the Ultrasonic-assisted Vibration Tapping Using Different Ti-based Coated Taps

摘要


利用絲攻(Tap)進行內孔攻牙,是一種最常使用的內螺紋加工方法。然小於M6 以下的絲攻於攻製內螺紋時,因絲攻的離隙角增加,導致攻牙的摩擦扭矩增加,因而容易造成小尺寸的絲攻斷裂在工件的內孔中。本研究利用LabVIEW軟體所發展的超音波輔助振動追頻系統及選定適當的加工參數(鍍膜種類、振動電壓、振動頻率),對Ti-6Al-4V合金工件進行M3.5尺寸的內螺紋攻牙。實驗結果顯示,超音波輔助振動追頻系統,配合不同被膜處理的絲攻,確實可以降低絲攻加工Ti-6Al-4V合金內螺紋斷裂的風險。

Employing a tap to cut the internal threads is one of the most widely used techniques. However, sudden breakage of the tap is frequently encountered in tapping due to the increase of friction torque, particularly in the case of smaller tap size (below M6), which caused the relief angle. In order to realize the influence of ultrasound-assisted vibration on friction torque of smaller tap size for Ti-6Al-4V alloy, the developed frequency tracing system by LabVIEW software and selected tapping parameters (coated materials, vibration voltage and vibration frequency) were employed. The experimental results show the developed frequency tracing system and different coated taps can effectively decrease the split risk in tapping internal thread of Ti-6Al-4V alloy.
