雷射掃描系統之電流計適應性控制研究

摘要


本文第一部份係描述雷射掃描系統之電流計數學模型, 並利用Matlab/Simulink 軟體模擬分析電流計伺服定位系統的時域與頻域特性。由模擬結果知,電流計的時域與頻域特性均符合電流計伺服系統『Galvos』的主要規格,並選定其為設計適應性模式追蹤控制系統的參考模式。第二部份則是以PID控制器為基準,配合超穩定性理論設計電流計的適應性模式追蹤控制系統。由模擬結果知,調整機構內的參數f(下標 21)有較佳之補償效果,而且f(下標 21)愈大,補償效果愈佳。其未使用適應性控制器時之上升時間雖符合規格,但過射量卻大於零,不符需求規格。而使用f(下標 21)= 4000 時過射量已消除,適應性模式追蹤控制器確實可發揮補償效果。

In this paper, the position servo of Galvanometer (Galvos) mathematical block diagram in a laser scanning system via the Matlab/Simulink software was firstly presented. The simulated results show the performance of the step and frequency responses of the Galvos. Secondly, the adaptive model-following control theory applied to the Galvos is presented. The simulated results also show the performance of the PID controller with and without the adaptive model-following control effects. The model-following effects on Galvos reveals that the performance of the PID controller can be improved by a suitable adaptation signal.
