以Kano品質模式探討資訊講桌潛在功能需求

Using the Kano Model to Explore the Hidden Functional Requirements of Electric Lectern

摘要


資訊講桌能夠提供教師便利的教學或一般發表環境,近年來已成為教師上課之必需品。然而教師在使用資訊講桌時仍有許多不便之處,如麥克風突然沒電、講桌遮擋學生之視線,以及教師所攜帶的水杯沒有安全的位置擺放等。搜尋文獻時發現Kano品質模式可用在探討產品開發與顧客滿意度上,然而尚未有研究將Kano品質模式應用在資訊講桌上,探討其潛在之功能。有鑑於此,本研究將利用Kano二維品質模式及問卷所收集之資料,探討目前資訊講桌是否有其他潛在功能的需求,並將其潛在功能之品質要素予以分類,方便檢討與改進。相信本研究之結果可作為相關單位日後採購資訊講桌時之參考,以提供更有效能之發表與教學之環境。

Digital lectern can provide a convenient environment for teaching or presentation and it has become required equipment for instructor to teach recently. However, from observation, we can find that there are still lots of inconvenient areas during its use, such as there is suddenly no power for microphone, the digital lectern blocks students to see the lecture presentation on the screen, and there is no safe place to locate the water cup of instructor. From the literature, we know that the Kano model is used for product development and customer satisfaction and no research with this model is done for digital lectern to find its hidden functions. Therefore, this study will use the Kano two dimensional quality model and the information collected from a questionnaire survey to explore the hidden functional requirements of digital lectern. In addition, we will classify those requirements into different categories in order to improvement. The results of this research can provide as a reference for the later purchasing or development of digital lectern for the related organization in order to provide more effective presentation or instruction environment.
