電化學漿體噴射微加工法於微結構去毛邊製程參數之研究

摘要


電化學加工技術具有獨特的加工特色,常被應用於他種機械難以加工之場合,但當電化學技術應用於碳鋼或熱處理過後材料加工時,其加工後表面會生成黑層(Black layer)即富碳層,此層非電化學反應析出之產物,而是靠周圍鐵以離子方式離開工件表面後脫落,但因碳活性大故容易積附在工件表面,且不易藉由一般電化學加工之電解液流動方式帶離工件表面,進而會阻礙電化學加工導致加工速率降低以及加工後工件表面粗糙度增加,故本研究提出電化學漿體噴射複合微加工方式來改善模具鋼電化學加工後產生之黑層問題,由實驗結果得知,電解液/磨料濃度比2%、電壓在120V、電極移動速度1500μm/sec、電極間距2000μm有最佳之去毛邊效果。

Electrochemical machining technology has unique processing characteristics, it often applied in the situations of traditional mechanical processing, but after electrochemical techniques applied to carbon steel or heat treatment materials processing, the workpiece surface often generates a black layer (Black layer) after its processing. That layer that not produced by electrochemical reaction and by the way after around iron ions away from the workpiece surface to fall off, but it is easy to accumulate and attached to the workpiece surface that less by the general electrochemical machining. The black layer were not easy flush away from the workpiece surface by the electrolyte flow and thus hinder the electrochemical machining process that resulting in reduced the rate of machining and increased the surface roughness. It is proposed the abrasive slurry injection assisted to electrochemical machining to solve the black layer problems. From the experimental results that the electrolyte/abrasive concentration than 2%, the voltage 120 V, electrode movement speed 1500 μm/sec, internal electrode gap 2000μm have the best of deburring effect.
