This research develops a pair of passive hip exoskeleton to simulate and verify the movement and dynamic measurement of the wearer under load and no-load, as well as to simulate the load of the muscles and joints of the human body, and to explore the reduction of muscle strength and spine bending moment by the exoskeleton device. The results show that as the load increases, the signal amplitude increases, and under the same weight, wearing an exoskeleton can reduce the signal amplitude. Among them, the thoracic spine can reduce the burden by 23.07% when the weight is 10kg or more.
