曾經的四四西村－忠駝甲區的現在與未來

摘要

「忠駝甲區」位於今臺北市最繁華的東區，曾是位在四四兵工廠（今市政府）西側的眷村「四四西村」。民國68年，兵工廠遷址，四四西村也改建為分三區的「忠駝國宅」；其中甲區在建築結構上與另二區相異，而在民國80年正式獨立；民國95年，本區從國宅轉型為社區，「忠駝國宅甲區」更名為「忠駝社區」。「忠駝社區」憑著先天的建造優勢、管委會和居民共同的努力，解決原本不足的財力、停車問題，設立了有助社區凝成的廳室或活動，讓居民們有一個安全又舒適的生活空間。本文附上諸多社區照片，展現社區整體的空間規劃及建物設計的美意，期讓讀者了解在熱鬧的東區中，忠駝甲區如何擁有著寧靜恬適居住環境。卅歲的「忠駝社區」，正臨都更議題；本研究分層隨機抽樣36位住戶的意見，以期瞭解此階段住戶的歷史認知和都更意向，接續忠駝甲區的過去，為現在和未來留下歷史見證。

＂Chong-Tuo Chia Section＂is located in busiest east-side in Taipei City now, which has been located at military depenants'village ＂Four- Four West Village＂, west of ＂Four-Four Arsenal＂. In R.O.C. 68, the arsenal moved to other places and the village was rebuilt ＂Chong-Tuo Public housing＂ with 3-section. ＂Chia Section＂ of 3-section was built different from the other 2 sections, and it was ＂independent＂ in R.O.C. 80. IN R.O.C. 95, it transformed from Public housing to community, and ＂Chong-Tuo Chia Section＂ was renamed to ＂Chong-Tuo Community＂. Owning to inborn superiorit in structure, efforts of management committee and residents, ＂Chong-Tuo Chia Section (Chong-Tuo Community)＂ resolved problems of lack of financial capability and parking originally, and had set several saloons or activities to improve condensing our community, and had offered safe and confertable living space. This article with a lot of photos of community shows the well plan of community space and building design, let readers get how Chong-Tuo Chia Section＂ own peace and quiet living environment located in busy east-side. 30-year ＂Chong-Tuo Chia Section (Chong-Tuo Community)＂ is facing a subfect of renewal. This study sampled 36 opinions of residents randomly for delamination, to get the cognization of history and welling of renewal o residents now, for continuing the past history and living history for now and the future.
