光復後新北市深坑區的產業發展與地方感型塑

摘要

新北市深坑區為臺北盆地東南盆緣的一個行政區，傳統以「茶」為主要的經濟來源，現今則以「豆腐」聞名全臺。隨著臺灣整體的時代變遷與經濟發展，深坑這個小範圍的地方產業也受到內部與外部環境的影響而呈現異於其他區域的發展脈絡，並逐漸形成屬於「深坑」的區域特色。產業為人們與土地的聯繫的方式之一，區域內的產業變遷，影響到的是生活在這片土地上的居民。深坑受到臺灣整體經濟環境的影響由農轉工，到現在又積極發展觀光業，順著時間脈絡，從光復後至今，產業帶給深坑的改變都存在當地人的歷史記憶中。因此本文欲採質性研究法，藉由文獻資料蒐集、參與觀察與深度訪談三種方式，來探討深坑產業發展的時空脈絡，以及在產業發展過程中在地居民的地方感形塑。

Shenkeng District in New Taipei City is an administrative district which is located in the south-east edge of Taipei Basin. Tea leaves was traditionally the main economic source, but now Shenkeng is famous for tofu. With Taiwan's entire vicissitudes in different times and economic development, the small-scale local industry in Shenkeng was also affected by the internal and external environments, and showed its developmental context that differs from other districts. Thus, Shenkeng gradually formed its own regional features. Industry is one of the connections between people and land. The change of industry inside the region would affect people who live in it. By the influence of Taiwan’s entire economic environment, the industrial structure of Shenkeng changed from agriculture to industry, and now Shenkeng is actively developing tourism. From 1945 to the present time, the industrial changes of Shenkeng exist in the locals' memory. Therefore, a qualitative approach will be conducted by this study. By collecting and analyzing reference documents, participant observation, and in-depth interview, this study aims to investigate different phases of Shenkeng's industrial development and how the sense of place is formed in the process of the industrial development.
