綜觀之,由於集約高層的開發方式將增加周邊環境影響敏感性。本研究展現起高層建築地區災害對環境之影響環境之影響,其主要目的在建構一防災系統整體架構及明白描述衝擊系統以應用於環境規劃與管理。過去研究較少致力於起高層建築地區環境衝擊防災系統的研究;事實上,此分析涵構針對災害績效影響評估是必要的。基分析方法爲:(1)系統分析方法;(2)研究文獻資料歸納;(3)紮根理念研究法;(4)分析階層程序法;(5)多屬性效用理論法。經由上述的探索,本研究可建構出台灣起高層建築地區防災策略,以供環境規劃分析者之參考。
An overall perspective, the collection and high-rise development patterns have increased sensitivity in the surrounding environment. In this study, we present an impact approach to assess how hazards in high-rise building areas influence the environment. This study largely focuses on constructing an overall framework of the impact system of hazard prevention. The impact condition applied towards environmental planning and management is also briefly described. The past study is less effort on the system of hazard prevention from the environment impact in high-rise building areas. In fact, the analysis context of assessing the hazard performance effect is necessary. The analysis methods of this study are (1) system analysis methods; (2) induction of data review; (3) grounded theory methods (GT); (4) Analytic Hierarchy Process methods (AHP); (5) Multiattribute utility theory methods (MAUT). Based on the results in this study, we can conclude that hazard prevention systems can be established by the environment impact assessment in high-rise building areas/Taiwan, providing a valuable reference for environment planning analysts.
