本研究目的在探討美髮從業人員工特性與工作滿意之情形,透過文獻探討及問巷調查,歸納結論如下:1.工作特性層面:「年齡層」較高且具備職場經驗的從業人員,對於服務流程、進度安排與工作銜接配合,表現較佳的工作合作性。2.在『技能多樣性』、『工作負荷性』、『工作合作性』等層面,「設計師」顯然高於「助理」及「高階主管」的美髮從業人員。3.工作滿意度方面:教育程度「高中、高職」、「專科」的美髮從業人員在『成就感』及『升遷及發展』層面,顯然高於「碩士以上」。4.『成就感』層面則受薪資收入影響呈現正相關。5.美髮經營業者愈重視服務人員的專業技能發揮、成就感及合作性,則其員工之工作滿意度也愈提高。6.工作特性之『工作負荷性』、『技能多樣性』層面,具預測美髮從業人員工作滿意度。
This study discusses the job characteristics of hairdressers and their job satisfaction status. Through literature discussion and questionnaire, we conclude and summarize as follows: 1. in respect of job characteristics: more ”senior” and experienced hairdressers perform better in work cooperation regarding service flow, progress arrangement and work connection and association; 2. in respect of ”skill variety”, ”work loading” and ”dealing with other”, ”designer” is significantly higher than ”assistance” and ”executive officers”; 3. in respect of job satisfaction: hairdressers with ”high school, vocational high school”, ”college” degrees are significantly higher than degrees of ”master and above” regarding ”accomplishment” and ”promotion and development” aspects; 4. As of ”accomplishment”, it is positive correlation to salary income; 5. The more hair business owner emphasizes on professional skill development, accomplishment and cooperation, the higher job satisfaction of its employees; 6. The ”job loading” and ”skill variety” have projection ability toward satisfaction of hairdressers.
