摘要

在近場通訊（NFC，Near Field Communication）應用服務的發行推廣上，一具備安全性之NFC服務共享平台稱做TSM（Trusted Service Manager）平台扮演關鍵角色。TSM平台提供NFC服務發行上架與管理，及空中發行（Over-The-Air，OTA）非接觸式卡於行動裝置。在安全機制保護下，可讓使用者快速、方便下載各式NFC服務至手機上。TSM平台可提供服務商（SP，Service Provider）進行NFC服務上下架與發行的管理與安全元件（SE，Secure Element）的生命週期的管理等，提升商業效率並降低NFC服務發行之成本。本文中亦將提供中華電信所自行開發之NFC服務共享平台之架構說明，及其他國內外NFC服務平台共享實例之介紹。並以MasterCardPayPass信用卡及悠遊卡之個人化為例，說明TSM空中發行發卡之實施方法。

A secure NFC service sharing platform, called TSM (Trusted Service Manager) platform, plays a key role for NFC (near field communication) service issuance and deployment. TSM platform is designed for the provisioning and management of NFC service, and it supports OTA (Over-The-Air) provisioning of contactless card onto the mobile device. With the secure mechanism, user can download a variety of NFC services to the mobile phone from TSM swiftly and easily.TSM platform offers the Service Providers a site for NFC service related managements, such as NFC service enrollment, NFC service termination, NFC service issuance management, and secure element (SE) life cycle management, and so on. TSM platform can enhance business efficiency and reduce the cost of NFC service issuance.In this paper the scheme of TSM platform implemented by CHT for NFC service sharing will be introduced. Also some domestic and foreign NFC sharing service examples are illustrated. Master Card Pay Pass credit card and Easy Card OTA personalization are illustrated as the examples for the practice of TSM OTA card issuance.
