In 2011, Lin proposed an information hiding scheme with minimal image distortion of stego image. Lin's scheme effectively reduces pixel changes resulting from slight movement between pixels. However, the embedding capacity of Lin's scheme can be further improved. A high embedding capacity method is presented in this paper. The proposed method adopts side matching method presented by of Chang and Tseng to improve the performance of Lin's method in terms of the embedding capacity. The proposed embedding processing is composed by three phases. First, a part of secret data is embedded into seed block by adopting Lin's method. Next, the remaining pixels are used to conceal secret data by using the neighboring pixel prediction. Finally, unembedded blocks are to conceal secret data by applying Lin's method. The experimental results show that the proposed scheme outperforms Lin's method.
