我國數位鑑識國家標準規範之建議

摘要

本研究係針對數位鑑識實驗室規範適用之管理與技術能力、數位鑑識人員與工具等方面進行審核與認證機制進行探討。過程中參考美國、英國、中國大陸等已有國際認證數位鑑識機構國家，進行各項審核與認證機制的演進作法與趨勢研究。最終將各國作法進行分析歸納比較，提出適於我國國情之審核與認證機制方式，並規劃出數位鑑識實驗室、人員與工具的具體做法與推動期程建議。
