摘要
本文探討英語三大要件（發音、字彙及艾法）之教學內容和教學方法。同時也探討如何測試學生在這三大領域的程度。

This paper discusses methods of teaching pronunciation, vocabulary, and grammar, the three major components of the language. Both what to teach and how to teach are described. Furthermore, this paper elaborates on designing tests to evaluate students' proficiency in the three areas.
