摘要

科技與人文的對話，在台灣是一個被普遍關注的議題。許多台灣社會的不平衡現象，作者認為可以歸因於科技與人文的對話沒有能發揮到應用的效果的結果。本文針對此主題提出討論；從現象的分析；問題的癥結探討；到一些可行的改善方案的構想和建言。最後以對教育工作者，管理者的期許，俾促成科技與人文的良性互動，及可能達到的境界為願景作結語。

The dialogue between technology and humanity has been an issue of wide concern in Taiwan. The author believed that many phenomena we observed in our society are caused by the lack of proper dialogue between technology and humanity. This article presents a detailed argument and discussion on the subject, from identification and analyses of the current problems we faced in society to diagnosis of symptoms, and offered some possible solutions that can be implemented to remedy the situation; and finally, a call for educators and management professionals to take up the challenge as facilitator in the mission of fostering harmonious dialogue between technology and humanity in order to arrive at a scenario that can be and has been attained earlier in human society.
