However, studies tried to discuss a historical trend of cultural policy and to examine if the cultural strategy was expected or over-looked. This paper hence tries to illustrate a cultural experience of Taiwan and, furthermore, to introspect issues of cultural agendas by discussing concepts of cultural perimeter, arguments between cultural economy and cultural industry, and constructions of cultural environment. Finally, it also proposes a cultural trend and suggestions for promoting Taiwan's cultural development.
